Removing Contacts

As an agent

As an agent, you can remove any contact from your contact list.

1. Go to your Contacts page.
2. Select the contact you want to remove.
3. Click on Edit contact.
4. Click on Delecte contact.

Contact will be removed from your contact list. All their information will be deleted from our system.

As a contact

As a contact, you can remove yourself from Knokd at any time.

1. Log in to Knokd.
2. Click on Settings in the sidebar navigation.
3. Find the Remove account button in the bottom left corner.
4. Click on Remove account.
5. Confirm your decision by clicking on Yes, confirm.

Your account will be deleted from our system. All your information will be deleted.
